Overview

There are three ways to join a program in League Hub. All paths require a League Hub account — create one at hub.gamingoasis.gg/login if you do not have one yet.

Method Best for Approval needed?
Program invite link Staff share a direct link (Discord, email, onboarding doc) No — instant join on accept
Email domain match Your account email matches the program's approved domain No — instant join from the program page
Request to join You found the program in the directory but your email does not match Yes — staff must approve

These methods work independently. If you receive an invite link, you do not need to request access or match the email domain.

Program invite link

Program staff can generate a reusable invite link and share it with people who should join without manual approval.

For users accepting an invite

  1. Open the invite link shared by program staff. Links look like https://hub.gamingoasis.gg/program-join/…
  2. If you are not signed in, choose Sign in or Sign up. You are returned to the invite page after authentication.
  3. Review the program name and click Accept invite.
  4. You are added as a Member immediately. The program appears under My Programs on your dashboard.

If you are already a member: the invite cannot be accepted again. You will see a message that you are already a member, with a button to open the program page.

If the link no longer works: staff may have disabled or regenerated the link. Ask them for a new one.

For staff managing invite links

Owners, Admins, and Team Managers can manage invite links from the program Members tab.

  1. Open the program → Members tab.
  2. In Program invite link, click Generate invite link (or Regenerate if one already exists).
