Overview

Propose a new match time and have the opponent accept it in the Hub.

<aside> 💡 The scheduled time stays unchanged until a proposal is accepted. An agreement outside the Hub does not update the match.

Who Can Reschedule

Your Captain, Coach, or program staff with team-management permission can propose and respond to times. Players and Subs do not receive these controls from roster membership alone. If you can act for both teams, select the team you represent.

Before You Propose

Proposing a Time

  1. Open the match's Reschedule dialog.
  2. Choose a future time within the displayed limits: no earlier than the round start and with the required one-hour buffer before results are due or a dependent match.
  3. Click Propose time and confirm your proposal appears.
  4. Use Propose another if you want to offer an additional option.

The deadline to propose a change is separate from the latest time you can play. Follow the limits shown for this match.

Responding to Proposals

Action Who uses it Result
Accept The opposing team's representative Applies that time and clears the match's outstanding proposals.
Decline all The opposing team's representative, when offered Declines the pending proposals without changing the schedule.
Cancel a proposal The team that proposed it Removes that individual proposal without changing the schedule.

You cannot accept your own proposal as the opponent, or accept a time that has already passed. Existing proposals may remain after the new-proposal deadline; use the available response controls.
